Jeff McCormick has been a real estate agent since 2013. He earned his Broker credentials in 2016 and has managed real estate activities throughout Tennessee, parts of South Carolina, and Georgia. Jeff is currently licensed in Tennessee and has affiliations extending his reach into Mexico, Central America, and several Caribbean islands. A technology innovator in the real estate industry, Jeff offers new approaches for transacting real estate on a global scale. However, Jeff spends much of his time running around the rivers, lakes, and mountains of East Tennessee. In 2019, Jeff consolidated his multi-state brokerage from 4 offices to 1, and reduced agent and staff roles to focus on launching technology for the future of real estate. His command of the market, contracts, and geography brings a high level of maturity and expertise to his clients and agents. His no-nonsense style of real estate is not at all traditional, but down to business and value-centric. He gets things accomplished and focuses on the big picture.
